At Chocolate City Hair Salon, all service sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Every effort is made to deliver an exceptional experience, and only premium products and supplies are used. Any attempt to request a refund or initiate a chargeback will not be honored, as payment reflects both the stylist’s time and the quality of products invested in your service.

By booking an appointment, you authorize Chocolate City Hair Salon to charge your credit card up to 100% of the scheduled service if your visit is missed without at least 24 hours’ notice. This policy is strictly enforced without exceptions.

Only clients receiving services may be present in the salon, no additional guests are permitted.

Appointments scheduled on Sundays and Mondays incur an additional $40 fee, reflecting Janice’s limited availability on these days. This fee may be collected in person during your appointment, and clients are responsible for payment at the time of service.

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment may be banned from future bookings and charged a fee of 100% of the scheduled service.
